Server Migration FAQ

I. My Website Is Not Accessible

If your website cannot be accessed after the migration, check the following:

• Verify that your domain's DNS records have been updated to the new server's public IP address.
• Ensure that your firewall, security group, and required ports (such as 80 and 443) are properly configured.
• Confirm that your web server (such as Nginx, Apache, or IIS) is running normally.

II. My Website Content Is Missing or Incorrect

If your website content appears incomplete or incorrect:

• Verify that all website files have been migrated successfully.
• Confirm that your database migration completed successfully.
• Clear your browser cache, CDN cache, or any other cached content, then refresh the website.

Migration Verification

If all of the above checks pass and your website is operating normally, your server migration has been completed successfully.
